Individual Sessions

We offer individual sessions on a one to one basis.

Delivered online via Zoom.

Each session lasts 75 minutes.

We recommend eight sessions to enable you to develop your own foundational mindfulness skills and begin to utilise them in everyday life. 

Our individual sessions are priced at £60.00 per session.

We offer the option to book on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis.

Guided practices and resources for use at home are provided.

After this, you will be invited to join our monthly practice group if you wish to continue your journey with us.
