Courses
Our Mindful Resilience and Restore & Recover courses are delivered to groups of up to 15 people.
Delivered online or in person.
Run for two hours a week over eight-weeks.
All course materials and guided practices for use at home are provided.
Prior to starting the course, we will invite you to register your details and complete a short Wellbeing Evaluation and Mindfulness Questionnaire. We offer support to complete these if required.
Our eight-week courses are fully funded and free to attend for people in Greater Manchester. Please check below for our current courses and eligibility.

Mindfulness Practice Sessions
Our Mindfulness Practice Sessions are open to anyone who has completed an eight-week course with us or a series of one to one sessions.
They are a space for us to come together once a month to engage in practice and inquiry, and an opportunity to bring any questions you may be in around your mindfulness practice.
Sessions are £8.00 each and are delivered online via Zoom.
