Courses
Our Mindful Resilience and Restore & Recover courses are delivered to groups of up to 15 people.
Delivered online or in person.
Run for two hours a week over eight-weeks.
All course materials and guided practices for use at home are provided.
On requesting a place, we will invite you to register your details and complete a Questionnaire. This is to enable us to assess your suitability to attend the course. Your place will only be confirmed once this process is complete. We offer support to complete the form if required.
Prior to starting the course, we will invite you to complete two wellbeing evaluations. These will be repeated at the end.
Our eight-week courses are fully funded and free to attend for people in Greater Manchester. Please check below for our current courses and eligibility.
Places are limited and we ask that you commit to attending all eight sessions of the course.
