Courses

Our Mindful Resilience courses are delivered to groups of up to 15 people.

Delivered online or in person.

Run for two hours a week over eight-weeks.

All course materials and guided practices for use at home are provided.

Prior to starting the course, we will invite you to complete two wellbeing evaluations. These will be repeated at the end.

Our eight-week courses are fully funded and free to attend for people in Greater Manchester. Please check below for our current courses and eligibility.

Places are limited and we ask that you commit to attending all eight sessions of the course.

Mindful Resilience - 8-Week Course

FREE COURSE for Gorton, Abbey Hey and Openshaw Residents

Day: Thursdays

Dates: 26th February – 23rd April 2026 (break on 2nd April)

Time: 1.00 – 3.00pm

Suitable for: Adults aged 18 or over

No. of Places: 15 – please note this is delivered in a group setting

Location: Manchester Settlement, The New Roundhouse, 1328-1330 Ashton Old Road, Openshaw, Manchester, M11 1JG

Accessibility: The building is wheelchair friendly and the room is on the second floor, with lift access and a disabled toilet. There is no parking at the venue – street parking is available and the area is served by various bus routes.

In order to take care of psychological safety, we are unable to admit people to the course without a prior assessment taking place and will only confirm your place when your request has been assessed.

This course is kindly funded through the National Lottery Community Fund.

We are only able to confirm your place once we have received your completed form.
